Recently, the sales team of Beijing Shengbo Blue organized a team-building event in 2023 to enhance team cohesion. This year, we decided on a unique grassland trip. This team-building event allowed us to freely express ourselves in the embrace of the grassland, feel the power of nature, and create unforgettable memories.

On the first day, we set off early in the morning and drove to the Grassland Sky Road. Upon arrival, the magnificent grassland scenery greeted us, unfolding like a painting before our eyes. The blue sky, white clouds, and lush green grass, with the fragrance of grass and horses filling the air, brought joy to our hearts.

We went horseback riding on the grassland. For those of us who live in the city, horseback riding was a completely new experience. The staff patiently taught us how to ride the horses, and then, under their guidance, we began our joyful ride. At first, we might have been a little uncomfortable, but soon we blended into the herd and felt the fun of getting close to nature. Galloping across the grassland, feeling the gentle breeze on our faces, was an indescribable enjoyment.

We rode motorcycles and raced across the grassland. The thrill of speed excited us, and we could feel the wind whistling in our ears. Sunlight streamed through the sparse clouds and fell on the ground, creating mottled patches of light, adding a warm touch to the grassland.

At the camp, the staff warmly welcomed us and helped us arrange our accommodation and itinerary. We embarked on our first activity - roasting a whole lamb. The whole lamb hung over the charcoal fire, and the tempting aroma made our mouths water. Everyone happily sat around, waiting for the delicious food to be ready, while singing grassland folk songs. Finally, when the roasted whole lamb was ready, we tasted delicious dishes, a taste that made us forget all our fatigue.

On this vast grassland, we ate, drank, and played together, experiencing local activities such as roasted whole lamb and horseback riding. More importantly, we deepened our feelings as a team, making us more united and closer.

With beautiful memories, we ended our grassland team-building trip and returned to the familiar city. But this unforgettable experience will forever remain in our hearts, becoming a valuable asset in our work and life. This team-building event not only allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fun of the grassland, but more importantly, it deepened the feelings among colleagues, making us a more united and harmonious team. We look forward to next year's team-building event, where we will embark on a new journey and continue to harvest happiness and emotion!
