Shaanxi "Three Qin Mission 2022" Provincial Earthquake Rescue Exercise
To thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, vigorously promote the coupling of combat and training, and make comprehensive preparations for "major earthquakes and major disasters", from April 20 to 23, the Shaanxi Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps conducted a high-standard, full-element "Three Qin Mission-2022" earthquake rescue cross-regional practical exercise in Yangling Demonstration Zone.

The exercise scenario set a 7.0-magnitude earthquake in Hujiadidi Village, Yangling Demonstration Zone. The corps immediately launched a level-one response to cross-regional earthquake rescue, successively mobilizing 14 earthquake rescue teams from across the province in batches, totaling 807 officers and soldiers, 181 rescue vehicles, 18 search and rescue dogs, and more than 53,000 sets of equipment and materials. Practical exercises were conducted in eight categories and 73 subjects, including force mobilization, marching, camp building, disaster assessment, search and rescue, and on-site training.

Post-battle summary
As of the evening of the 22nd, 73 items in 8 categories of exercises have been completed. This exercise, driven by practical needs and taking the opportunity of assessment and exercises, participating teams fully launched the battle according to their assigned tasks. It comprehensively tested the effectiveness of the construction of the emergency rescue combat command force system of the fire and rescue team, further improving the earthquake emergency rescue and disaster relief capabilities and level, and laying a solid foundation for the fire and rescue team to adapt to the characteristics of all-hazard types and large-scale emergencies.
