At about 3:00 am on September 26, a mountain torrent and mudslide disaster occurred in Lapahe Town, Tianquan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, causing a shed under construction on the ring road to be buried, resulting in more than 10 people missing. Currently, 4 people have been rescued.
